#20441: Swedish ordinal numbering in django.contrib.humanize is wrong

It seems like the current translation strings for ordinals the Swedish .po
files are wrong. 2 should for instance become 2:a but ends up being 2:e.
The underlying problem (outside of the messages themselves) should be
beyond the scope of this ticket and will probably also go beyond #15156,
but at least for the first couple of numbers this should be corrected.
