#4833 changed the way validate_email deals with x@localhost emails, which
is probably backwards incompatible. Whilst I doubt many people rely on it,
it's probably worth noting (it confused me a bit when my tests for
https://github.com/dominicrodger/djohno failed in Django 1.6b1).
I've created a pull request (https://github.com/django/django/pull/1394)
to add a note to the 1.6 release notes.
