Closing as a duplicate of #2076 regarding `order_by()`.
The `filter()` side of this ticket isn't very clear as to what (if any)
the actual problem is - Chris, I recommend opening a new ticket regarding
this which clearly explains a specific bug or enhancement to how
`filter()` works.
