I reworked the !JavaScript from its original carnation. The main goal that
I think is reasonably tackled is the case where the server doesn't handle
file upload progress well. If it fails, it won't display a broken progress
bar, it will just fail mostly silently. The JavaScript is also more a
little bit cleaner and more careful.
