#22517: "view prefix" still referenced in urlconf docs

 urlpatterns() has been deprecated, however a portion of the docs still
 refers to the "view prefix". This note should simply be removed.

   Note that if you use this technique – passing objects rather than
 strings – the view prefix (as explained in “The view prefix” above) will
 have no effect.
