Comment:
Once again, this patch supercedes all others, and once again relies on a
new patch from #3982. However, it now uses lazy instantiation of
``timedelta`` objects, which should improve performance. Documentation is
also included for trunk, with a few minor changes needed for the ``
newforms-admin`` branch (due to the newforms widget included in the
patch). Tests will come shortly, once I have a few other patches ironed
out.
