As far as I can tell, the TUX in-kernel HTTP Accellerator, was an in-
kernel http server that was last available on RHEL 5. It _was_ the fastest
back in 2000, but was completely dead by 2008.
We may also want to consider removing lighttpd and Cherokee from the list
of "common choices".
