 From what I remember when testing this, the `postgresql` backend returns
 the relation as a string, e.g. `"{2}"`, whereas `postgresql_psycopg2`
 backend returns the relation as a single-item list, e.g. `[2]`.  I changed
 the comment to reflect this.
