In "writing your first Django app" part 4 -Amend URLconf document , it is
lacking of the one line of code about app name for urls.py file:
(https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/1.9/intro/tutorial04/)
app_name = 'polls'
It will generate issue:
NoReverseMatch at /polls/
u'polls' is not a registered namespace
