Per [https://groups.google.com/d/topic/django-
developers/-SeUjUbOfKQ/discussion discussion on django-developers], we've
removed usage of `render_to_response()` from the docs and discouraged its
usage. To give some more time for projects to adapt, we'll start the
deprecation in Django 2.0 which means it'll be removed in Django 3.0
(December 2019).
