New description:
in `tests/utils_tests/test_module_loading.py` there's an import which
raises a `PendingDeprecationWarning`.
{{{
import imp
}}}
Would it be a good idea to wrap this import inside a `six.PY3`:
{{{
if six.PY3:
import import_module as imp
else:
import imp
}}}

Comment:
Duplicate of #21628. I don't think the solution is as simple as you
describe but if you get something working, please send a PR.
