#26887: Deprecation documentation for 1.9 not clear

In the deprecation documentation for 1.9, it states "The ability to use a
SplitDateTimeWidget with DateTimeField will be removed." However, there is
no alternatives listed, which has led to confusion for myself and my
coworker. New alternatives should perhaps be added (such as using a
SplitDateTime field instead, or what widget to use in its place).
