We're targeting template-based widget rendering, which removes
`ChoiceFieldRenderer`, for 1.11
([https://github.com/django/django/pull/6498 PR]). Is this issue still
relevant after that patch? Unless this is a regression in Django 1.10, we
don't need to fix it there.
