#2856: Admin's Recent Actions will link to a 404 when an object has been deleted. -------------------------------+------------------------------------ Reporter: anonymous | Owner: (none) Type: Bug | Status: new Component: contrib.admin | Version: master Severity: Normal | Resolution: Keywords: | Triage Stage: Accepted Has patch: 1 | Needs documentation: 0 Needs tests: 0 | Patch needs improvement: 0 Easy pickings: 0 | UI/UX: 0 -------------------------------+------------------------------------
Comment (by Carl Meyer): Is this really even a bug? Seems to me that if this link is supposed to go to the admin page for the object, and the object no longer exists, a 404 is a pretty reasonable response. Do we just need a nicer default 404 page in the admin? -- Ticket URL: <https://code.djangoproject.com/ticket/2856#comment:22> Django <https://code.djangoproject.com/> The Web framework for perfectionists with deadlines. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Django updates" group.
