 In the
 [https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/1.10/ref/contrib/gis/install/geolibs
 /#installing-geospatial-libraries first section], it reads:

 {{{
 On Debian/Ubuntu, you are advised to install ...

 $ sudo apt-get install binutils libproj-dev gdal-bin

 Optional packages to consider:
     ...
     gdal-bin: for GDAL command line programs like ogr2ogr
     ...
 }}}

 `gdal-bin` is advised and optional? Should it be remove from the `Optional
 packages to consider` section?

 I'd submit a patch if this is a mix up, otherwise, feel free to close.
