 The exception in question that it raises is `AttributeError:
 'datetime.date' object has no attribute 'utcoffset'`

 >>> from django.utils import timezone
 >>> from datetime import date
 >>> d = date(year=2018, month=3, day=30)
 >>> timezone.is_aware(d)
