According to the [https://stackoverflow.com/questions/1131781/is-it-a
-good-practice-to-use-an-empty-url-for-a-html-forms-action-attribute-a
stackoverflow discussion], action="" can be omitted from most <form> tags
in docs.
If it's accepted, I'll create a pull request based on this commit:
