 **DatabaseFeatures.can_introspect_foreign_keys** &
 **supports_transactions** checks for MyISAM string.

 Aria engine from the MariaDB fork has the same features as MyISAM.

 Our tests are failing with Aria & Django 1.11 because it thinks the
 database supports transactions.
