This one is unfortunate, but not really fixable. The header is auto
generated for every documentation page - but if the particular page of
documentation wasn't available in 0.96/0.95, the link will be dead. Reopen
the ticket if you have some nifty idea for how to handle this, but keep in
mind that it needs to be a generic solution.
