Turn.active_objects.all().select_related('request__address').extra(select={'start_time_tz':
 '(start_time AT TIME ZONE COALESCE("api_address".timezone))'}).distinct()
 Works but

Turn.active_objects.all().select_related('request__address').extra(select={'start_time_tz':
 '(start_time AT TIME ZONE
 COALESCE("api_address".timezone))'}).distinct().count() doesn't.

 Because count executes subquery.
