New description:
The largest breakpoint's login header has a smaller padding (header height
is only 32px instead of 52px as everywhere else) and the text is left-
aligned which makes the text and size jump around in strange ways when
resizing the window.
The size is correct when authenticated but the alignment also changes, but
there it is OK since there's not only the branding, but also the user
tools.
