 Maybe configure the level of the 'django.utils.autoreload' logger to DEBUG
 and paste some logs here? Do you get "Watching for file changes with
 StatReloader" or "Watching for file changes with WatchmanReloader"?

 You can also run the manage.py shell and run this:

 from django.utils import autoreload
 autoreload.WatchmanReloader.check_availability()
