Looks like a reasonable idea, for the same reason that session cookie
names needs to be customisable sometimes.
Needs some documentation before it can go in. In settings.txt, a reference
to the new setting is needed. In i18n.txt, we refer to the cookie name, so
a quick link to the setting would be useful.
