I would expect `Parent.meta.ordering = ["id"]` to result in `ORDER BY
"myapp_parent"."id"` while `Parent.meta.ordering = ["pk"]` results in
`ORDER BY "myapp_child"."parent_ptr_id"`.
Isn't that the case right now?
