#31328: Need option for avoid list of related objects in delete confirmation

When we are trying to delete objects in admin page, the delete
confirmation page takes more time or getting server kills issue. The
reason is it fetching and showing all related objects in delete
confirmation page. It will be better if there is an option for not showing
related object in delete confirmation page.
