 OK, good yes, I see it. Thanks for the follow-up.

 Looks like the auto-reloaded should indeed map back to an actually
 existing file.
 Fancy making a PR for that?

 (Wondering if Windows would let us drop the exe extensions totally as we
 did in POSIX-land...)

 In the meantime, `manage.py` works as expected.
