I noticed a problem with an older patch that seems to be still in 6469.
Uploading a FORM with both a file and text INPUT and the input text
containing umlauts or other non-ascii characters, you get an exception. I
fixed it by replacing line 272 of multipartparser.py with
{{{self._post.appendlist(self._fieldname, unicode(self._field.getvalue(),
"utf-8"))}}}.
