ServerHandler.handle_error().
ConnectionAbortedError, BrokenPipeError, ConnectionResetError raised
from SocketServer.BaseServer.finish_request() are already suppressed
by wsgiref.handlers.BaseHandler.run() in Python 3.7+, see
