django-admin runserver -settings=mysite.settings errors out in version
4.0a1 version
but it works in 3.2.7(LTS)
I tried this on windows platform
.
Looks like incompatibility introduced somewhere.
Follows steps in https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/3.2/intro/tutorial01/
$ django-admin startproject mysite
$django-admin runserver -settings=mysite.settings
