Comment:

 You haven't provided any details that demonstrate a bug in Django. In
 fact, installing Django doesn't add a "django" command so "django: command
 not found" is expected.

 Please get help through the channels linked to in my previous comment.
 This ticket tracker is only for reporting confirmed bugs.
