Thanks for this ticket, however we want to encourage users to provide
[https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/4.0/ref/views/#the-404-page-not-found-
view custom error pages] and keep the default implementation as simple as
possible. Also, I don't think it would be a good idea to add a link to
`history.back()` as far as I'm aware it's not widely used in 404 pages.
You can start a discussion on DevelopersMailingList if you don't agree.
