#34175: Cannot make whole test set to pass

I tried with two ubi8 base images, the python38 one and the python39 one.
Both with same results:
git clone --branch stable/4.1.x --depth 1
https://github.com/django/django.git
cd ./django
python -m venv ~/.virtualenvs/djangodev
source ~/.virtualenvs/djangodev/bin/activate
python -m pip install -e .
cd tests
python -m pip install -r requirements/py3.txt
./runtests.py
FAILED (failures=3, skipped=1187, expected failures=5)

What should I do to make all the tests pass?
