We can add Django Discord channel and the Django Forum to the README, but
I don't see a reason to remove the IRC channel or the mailing list, see
[https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/stable/#getting-help-sidebar Getting
Help in docs].
For the future, such small cleanup doesn't require tickets.
