Just for remind, create_db_schema Meta option may also impact "sqlflush"
command.
In django test framework, sqlflush command generate "TRUNCATE TABLE" sql
statement for django tables. So, sqlflush command should also skip to
"truncate" DB_views with "create_db_schema = false".
