 It's an interesting idea. Being able to do something `pip install
 Django[en,es,de]` would be cool but I think it's not backwards compatible
 - I think we would need `Django` to install all languages by default

 As this is a request for new functionality, the recommended path forward
 is to propose and discuss the request with the community and gain
 consensus. To do that, please consider starting a new conversation on the
 [https://forum.djangoproject.com/c/internals/5 Django Forum], where you'll
 reach a wider audience and likely get extra feedback.

 If there is a community agreement for the feature request, which also has
 deemed it to be feasible given Django's backwards compatibility
 constraints, you are welcome to come back to the ticket and point to the
 forum topic, so we can then re-open it. For more details, please see
