In contrib/auth/forms.py class UserChangeForm the help_text is saying
"Raw passwords are not stored, so there is no way to see the user’s
password."
while the .po file still has the old text:
"Raw passwords are not stored, so there is no way to see this user’s "
"password, but you can change the password using <a href=\"{}\">this
form</a>."
So this message is shown in English only.
