I think this feels like a mixture of the
[https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/5.1/topics/migrations/#migration-
squashing squashing migrations] and perhaps #24711. If these 2 features
would satisfy the need, then we can close this as a duplicate of #24711
If you want something different, the way to request new features is to
first propose and discuss the idea with the community and gain consensus.

reach a broader audience and receive additional feedback.
