 Hi Tim,

 I was trying to understand if this was a new feature or a cleanup, but as
 you want a new attribute that you can rely on (and so would need to be
 documented), it makes sense that this is a new feature. Can you raise this
 on the [https://forum.djangoproject.com/c/internals/5 Django Forum] and
 see if others are in favor of the idea and if there are any concerns
 around doing this?
