It looks like you're having trouble connecting to celery and/or rabbitmq.
You can debug your issue further in support channels for celery--for
example there is a list of related issues compiled
[https://github.com/revsys/django-health-
check/issues/423#issuecomment-2071280606 here]--but this does not appear
to be a bug in Django.
