I've done a bit more testing. Fedora's sphinx package is several versions
out of date! Impossible! Fedora is never behind in releasing their
packages!
This is what I've found trying different versions of sphinx:
* 0.3 - broken
* 0.4 - broken
* 0.4.1 - works
* 0.4.2 - works
* trunk - works
Marking worksforme, because it now does in fact work for me.
Sphinx is really going fast! I didn't realize that they were that active
in their development. :)
