I agree your request was valid considering the old documentation. However,
as I see it now after doc-refactor, ModelForm is referenced at least twice
-- in the "Form objects" and the "Further topics" sections -- which is not
bad for just an introduction to forms.

If you think ModelForm is still too hidden and want to reopen this ticket,
please also provide a patch. That would make it much easier to review the
pertinence of the proposal.
