Malcolm, there seems to be little misunderstanding. The reporter is
actually referring to a 400 page thrown up by comments framework which has
a link to the old docs (which never existed). It has nothing to do with
#8604, which is refering to the documentation link change from
djangoproject.com/documentation/ to docs.djangoproject.com
I am changing the component to django.contrib.comments
