This is almost certainly either stale `.pyc` files in your tree, or an old
version of Django on your path. If you can verify that that's not
happening, reopen this ticket with the complete error.
Please, though, in the future use the "switch to copy and paste view"
button to get a readable version of your error, and paste the contents of
that error between `{{{` and `}}}` (three braces) so that Trac knows to
format it as code. Otherwise we can't read your errors!
