No, it's not clear that it should. The goal is always to keep things up to
date and indicate when new information is added to the docs, so people
using 1.0.x will be able to see when things are new in 1.1.
Keeping open, since a link from the dev docs to the 1.0 docs is missing.
We'll need to add that. Putting it in the right component as well.
