No, it doesn't. The
[http://code.djangoproject.com/browser/django/trunk/django/conf/project_template/urls.py
project urls.py template] hasn't changed since [8859]. Somewhere on your
system is an old (pre v1.0) Django install that is overriding the [9532]
checkout you think you are using.
