Not a Django bug but yours.
super(ImportAdminForm, self).`__init__`('''self''', *args, **kwargs)
You are calling bound method `__init__` with `self` as first arg.
The right thing to do:

super(ImportAdminForm, self).__init__(*args, **kwargs)
}}}
