Comment:

 I would think that since the `ping_google` command is part of the
 contrib.sitemaps management commands, it might not belong in the default
 core bash completion command.  But if that logic were true, the
 `createsuperuser`management command from contrib.auth wouldn't be part of
 the bash completion.

 If that's the case, then the other management commands should be
 considered as well.  The only other one missing is `ogrinspect` from
 contrib.gis.
