Comment:
The correct solution is to write a subclass of `CommentModerator` which
overrides the `moderate()` method to always return `True` (see
[http://docs.djangoproject.com/en/dev/ref/contrib/comments/moderation/#django.contrib.comments.moderation.CommentModerator.moderate
the documentation] for details). Supporting a zero-length period in which
comments can be posted unmoderated really isn't something that should work
here.
