Comment:
A few pointers:
1. We're not going to apply a translation for the 1.0.X branch without a
corresponding patch for trunk.
2. We also need a djangojs.po file, even if it isn't complete.
3. Could you please generate patches against the root of the tree, rather
than single files. In trying to apply this patch, there was some confusion
over where it should go, since there isn't an existing Vietnamese
translation.
