The app specific schema might for example be specified in the __init__.py
file in the apps root folder, or in a settings.py file in that folder, or
just use the apps name. That would solve 99% of use cases IMO.
Of course we would need a setting USE_SCHEMAS to allow reuse of
applications in non schema environments and to allow for an empty site-
wide schema name.
